Delivery Policy
Deliveries around Malta:
We offer delivery in Malta on all orders. Sales would advise the delivery fee and we are aiming to deliver within 1 or 2 days.
Deliveries in Gozo:
We offer delivery in Gozo on all orders. Sales would advise the delivery fee and we are aiming to deliver within 1 or 2 weeks((depending on the workload of the larger vans).

Deliveries are made to ground floor. If you require goods to be taken up to the upper floors a furniture-lifter will be required. Should this be the case we will be more than pleased to make arrangements on your behalf with a trustworthy subcontractor. When a furniture-lifter is required you will need to make arrangements with your Local Council for the issuing of a permit.

Return & Exchange Policy
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from date of purchase. Unused items must be brought back to us in full packaging together with proof of purchase (receipt); Please note that items such as pillows, underwear, toilet seats, personal grooming products etc.. that are noted as hygienic products, cannot be returned or exchanged.
